I'm Pam Marshall, Licensed New York State Massage Therapist, and I'd like to welcome you to New Awakenings Massage. I offer those in Kingston, Ulster County, Dutchess County, and the entire Hudson Valley a
unique combination of products and services to help you look, feel, and
actually be healthier. I work closely with my clients, using various massage
techniques, stretches, and educational materials which help the client
become more proactive in taking charge of their health and wellbeing. I develop a dialog not only with you, but with your body as well, and I will be your therapist during each and every visit. 
I employ three basic massage services:
- Relaxation Massage, a Swedish-based massage to relieve stress and anxiety
- Medical or Theraputic Massage, focuses on specific injuries or areas using various techniques and modalities
- Hot Stone Massage, combines heated stones and massage for the ultimate relaxation experience
